Cigarette butts reclaimed the top spot of the roster of garbage picked up from New Jersey beaches last year by volunteers. Bill preventing tanning bed use by minors is signed by the Governor

Gov. Christie has signed legislation that bars anyone under 17 from using tanning beds and anyone under 14 from getting a spray tan.
