Join The Breeze and Lisa Anderson at Branches of West Long Branch (123 Monmouth Rd.) from 5-7:30 p.m. for the Barnabas Health/Monmouth Medical Center’s ‘Living Well With Diabetes’ event.
Registration begins at 5 p.m. and includes health screenings for blood pressure, glucose, cardiac health risk & more. Followed by presentations on the importance of exercise in diabetes and weight management, eating healthy, meal planning & more. And as always, door prizes and your chance at great Breeze Prizes including a pair of tickets to see Blue Man Group!
